We reserve the right to update and revise this Return Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with 1NationUp the current Return Policy will apply.

We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Team and a 1NationUp representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have.

PRODUCTION ERROR RETURNS:

If your product has printing, manufacturing or any other defect attributable to our company 1NationUp, we are committed to correcting it.
 
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will request photographic evidence of the error in order to effectively evaluate and resolve the problem.
 
If the error is confirmed by us, we will replace the product free of charge.


The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:


– Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors. 1NtionUp cannot be held responsible for any color shift that may occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK or Pantone to CMYK.
Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. 1NationUp does not make any changes on customer files.
– 1NationUp cannot be held responsible for pixelated, blurry or distorted images.
– Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
– Regarding Magnets, the customer is responsible for checking before ordering, because it does not attract all types of metals and 1NationUp does not guarantee that the magnetic attraction will be strong enough to hold any material.

CANCELLATIONS:

Since our products are customized and begin production shortly after receiving your order and design approval, cancellations are only possible within a very limited period of time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and detailed information when placing your order to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Pick-Up.

When you place an order, if pick-up is an available option for the product, you will be able to choose pick-up from within the shipping options you are offered. If you choose this option, the product will be available for pick up when the status of the order (on our website) changes to O.K. for Pick-Up and/or we send an email advising you the order is available for pick-up. Current pick up hours will be shown on your pick up slip.


If you choose the pick-up option please be prepared to provide a copy of your order confirmation as well as a personal I.D. For your protection, we must reserve the right to refuse to turn over any product to anyone who cannot provide a copy of the order confirmation and/or adequate identification. PLEASE NOTE: Unless you make suitable arrangements with us in advance, we will not permit your customer to pick up your order.


Pick-up orders will be held for no more than thirty (30) days after the order status changes to O.K. for Pick-Up. An order not picked-up within 30 days is subject to disposal. 1NationUp will not provide a credit or refund for orders that are disposed of because they were not picked up within 30 days.
